  • If you encounter an unpleasant experience with another company, and prefer us help solve your problem, we will send an email to that company and see if the problem can be resolved, without charge, as sometimes a third-party involvement may be necessary.
  • If you are interested in buying or selling certain products or services, you will find a list of potential suppliers and buyers recommended by our members.
  • To ensure accurate and responsible reporting, we ask our users to register for a member account before posting any reports. We make an effort to verify the members that have posted reports in our community. Members will have an opportunity to promote their company's products or services for free with any posted report.
  • We are in the process of introducing quality suppliers and buyers to our users based on sales and purchase volumes or references. Companies do not need to pay, but have to "earn" to be on the list. If there is a legitimate complaint, the company will have to resolve the problem to remain on the list.
